Client:  Fast Fit Exhaust.


The Brief.

The brief from the client was to try and increase call-backs for bookings from telephone quotes. They are in a competitive environment and most people calling them for a quote were also calling at least two more competitors from the Yellow Pages to get prices.

The client was not properly using the hold feature of his phone system, now when someone rang up for a quote he is to put them on hold for 15 seconds then came back to them with the price (even though he knew it straight away).

The Message.
