The On Hold Messaging Association, OHMA, held their tenth annual conference in San Diego which concluded with the presentation of the industry’s MARCE Awards (Marketing and Creative Excellence).
Since 2005, the On Hold Messaging Association has presented awards to honour the year's best On Hold Messaging productions. The MARCE Awards is the only competition in the world that encourages and rewards creative and marketing excellence among On Hold Messaging providers and is a coveted symbol of industry leadership.
Troy Cooper, the CEO of 1800 ONHOLD was in San Diego to collect the award and commented "With entries for the competition coming from both OHMA members and non-members from around the world we are rapt to bring Gold back to Australia".
All entries are judged on their copy, voice, production value, and on hold messaging format with special emphasis placed on creativity and marketing effectiveness. Judges are media professionals and members of the American Advertising Federation.
