This fund raising raffle is hosted by the International On Hold Messaging Assosication (OHMA).

  1. The prize is a new 1957 Porsche 356 Speedster Convertible replica.
  2. The drawing for the car's winner will take place at the OHMA annual conference held in Tampa, Florida on 13 March 2007. You need not be present to win.
  3. Tickets can only be acquired through a current active member of OHMA.
  4. The fully functional street-legal Speedster Replica will be built by Vintage Speedsters.
  5. There shall only be one winner.
  6. The winner must take delivery of their car in Hawaiian Gardens, California.
  7. The winner can choose the colour of the paint, and interior upholstery colour. Any extra accessories that the winner may want, (above and beyond the base model), will not be included as part of the prize and must be purchased separately by the winner. Car construction usually takes from 6 to 10 weeks after ordering.
  8. If the OHMA raffle net proceeds amount to less than US$40,000 by 13 March 2007, then the winner shall only be entitled to half of the collected funds, and no car will be given away. If the net proceeds collected by the OHMA Raffle is greater than US$40,000 by 13 March 2007, then the winner may choose either the Speedster Replica as a prize, or US$20,000 cash as a prize.
  9. All tickets are registered by OHMA with individual sequential identification numbers.
  10. The Association shall keep a listing of the respective OHMA Member Company's ticket purchase listings.
  11. This raffle is void where prohibited, and is intended for the sole purpose of raising general funds for OHMA — a 501 (c) (6) non-profit corporation.
  12. The winner will be contacted directly and announced on the 1800 ONHOLD website following the draw.
  13. The winner agrees to make themselves available to 1800 ONHOLD for promotional purposes.
  14. South Australian residents are ineligible for this promotion.
